the nativity

last year & again this year we’ve found ourselves alone on Christmas…well alone as much as a family of 6 soon to be 8 can every be….

I really long for the cozy warmth of my mothers home on Christmas Eve

there is always

The Polar Express

The Poor Little Baby Jesus

and of course

the Christmas pageant

this year we tried to create a bit of the feeling we’ve always simply basked in at Grandma's house

the kids had fun in our very very brief performance

and after

finishing the Best Christmas Pageant Ever

opened some

PJ’s from Grandma

Ginger bread houses 2009
