my oldest went and turned 8 on me

i’m so proud of this guy

he is a great example to his younger siblings

he is waiting patiently for his baptism in Utah Oct.16

he tells me he can’t wait

1st Day of SCHOOL

 

Jaxson started the Second grade & Liam is in a 1st/2nd split

talks under a shade tree....the boss' has skills

Fire pit Friday

I sent the kids out to build a fire pit in the back yard...they needed
to get OUT if you know what I mean..later I peaked out at the progress
to see the second son helmeted whilst still pajama clad surveying his
work....Awesome

Memory, chicken nuggets, and a frosty

Today was Liam’s monthly parent date

he chose me ***grin…grin***

he took me to Wendy’s where the toy in his kids meal turned out to be our activity for the evening

after 2 games of where’s waldo memory

Liam emerged triumphant…he’d won both

and declared he needn’t win anymore this evening and it was time for a

chocolate frosty & to head home

the boss gets royal

Princess Emme brought the boss down thus attired

hole ridden sock and all……..she said he was her Prince

when we asked if he was a Pirate Prince…

she got offended..pouted…cried…then

tried the mess on herself
