Phillips happens to be a few miles away & they needed ultrasound models

I have been kind of down lately
I’m really nervous about the twins
I’ve been missing family & friends
one day when the Mr. arrive home I was explaining to him how I’d said something that I didn't really mean to a lady in our new ward..something to the affect that this pregnancy seems kind of like a trial…
“I really don’t feel that way, I’m just tired and nervous about being a good Mom to all of them you know” I explained to my spouse
his response
“ it is a trial…they all are…in fact they should really change that song to…..”
“I am a trial from God”
Well this had it’s intended affect
I couldn’t stop giggling as he continued singing with vigor

I will never buy canned pumpkin again…if i can help it
simply the best pumpkin puree…which resulted in simply the best pumpkin PIE
instructions
cut the whole pumpkin in half
remove the seeds { save them they make a great snack with the right embellishments}
place the halved pumpkins
rind up flesh down on a greased cookie sheet
at 350 for about an hour
or until the rind is soft when poked
scoop the softened flesh out with a ice cream scoop and blend
YIPPEE
the best freshest pumpkin puree
{pumpkin pancakes are also delish with this}
after writing this post I think pumpkin pancakes are a must…like right now
so CIAO
only use sugar pumpkins or bread pumpkins
the best ones are the ones that seem heavy for there size and have very little bruising or scaring on the rind
